Do I need to arrange labour myself, or do you bring your own?
Both are available. Under Consultancy + Execution, you can either supply your own labour with us executing and supervising, or opt for a fully turnkey build where we bring our own labour and manage everything end to end.
How soon do I get a quotation after the first site visit?
We visit in person to take measurements and understand your budget and requirements, then deliver one or two detailed quotations within 3–4 days.
Will you actually be on-site during execution?
For turnkey projects, yes — we're present on-site throughout. If you're using your own labour with our supervision, we guide it directly and pull timely progress reports from every agency involved.
Do you only work on residential projects?
No — we work across residential, commercial and office projects: flats, penthouses, bungalows, co-working spaces, showrooms, banquet halls and cafés.
Can I get just 2D or 3D drawings without a full project?
Yes — standalone 2D or 3D drawings are available on an urgent, rush basis if you need direction fast without committing to a full project engagement.
How do you keep material costs down?
We source materials directly through an established vendor network — everything from cement to decorative lighting — and pass that pricing advantage on to the project.
